Our Collaborators

The success of the West Health Accelerator at Mass General Brigham is made possible through the strength of supportive collaborators:

Huron

  • West Health has engaged Huron to collaborate with Mass General Brigham to implement its innovative adult care model across all Mass General Brigham hospitals, ensuring each facility delivers consistent, high-quality care tailored to adult patients' needs. Huron leverages their expertise in health system transformation to guide the development of a scalable strategy that can be adapted for diverse hospital types, from large urban centers to smaller community hospitals. Huron’s approach integrates best practices, optimizes resources, and builds a sustainable framework to expand Mass General Brigham’s adult care model across its network, enhancing patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Springboard Studio

  • The Mass General Brigham Springboard Studio brings human-centered design and design thinking expertise to the West Health Accelerator, ensuring that system-wide care delivery improvements at Mass General Brigham are intuitive and effective for both patients and providers. Drawing on deep experience in healthcare design research, prototyping, implementation, and evaluation, the Springboard Studio is fostering collaboration among patients, providers, and staff to create a more user-friendly healthcare experience across the system. This approach drives meaningful, sustainable change that enhances satisfaction and outcomes for all stakeholders.

PROVE Center

  • Mass General Brigham has engaged their Patient-Reported Outcomes, Value, and Experience (PROVE) Center to implement the collection, analysis, and use of patient-reported data through the West Health Accelerator. Leveraging expertise in developing innovative, collaborative research on patient-reported outcomes, the PROVE center is leading the creation of new patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs) to evaluate the post-discharge experience of older adults across the Mass General Brigham system. This collaboration aims to generate actionable insights that enhance care quality, inform system-wide improvements, and elevate the patient voice.
